We currently offer shipping services to the following countries:

2. وقت النقل والمناولة وقطع الطلب

وقت التعامل:
نحن نهدف إلى معالجة وتعبئة جميع الطلبات في غضون يوم عمل واحد (من الأثنين إلى الجمعة).

وقت العبور:

  • UAE & KSA: Generally take 1-2 يوم عمل للوصول، حسب الموقع.

  • Other Countries: Estimated 3-6 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • UAE & KSA: 1–3 business days

  • International: 4–8 business days

آخر موعد لتقديم الطلب:

  • الامارات العربية المتحدة: Orders must be placed before 16:00 (UTC +4) في أيام العمل.

  • المملكة العربية السعودية: Orders must be placed before 16:00 (UTC +3) في أيام العمل.

  • Other Countries: Orders placed before 14:00 (UTC) will be processed same business day.

3. تقدير وقت التسليم

  • UAE & KSA: Estimated delivery in 1–3 business days

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery in 4–8 business days, depending on the destination

4. تتبع الطلب

معلومات التتبع:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a عدد تتبع.

5. الإلغاءات

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately.

المبالغ المستردة:
Refunds will only be processed if the order has not yet been dispatched. We aim to handle cancellations within 24 ساعة من الطلب.

Ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. Incorrect addresses may lead to delivery delays.

To update shipping details, contact us at الدعم@doppeluxe.com or via WhatsApp as soon as possible.

الطرود غير القابلة للتسليم:
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

نحن نقدم ًالشحن مجانا on all orders within the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
For other international destinations, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.
